The Masters is filled with traditions, from the Champions Dinner to the Par 3 Contest (canceled this year) to the winner being awarded the green jacket. Another unique tradition is amateurs having a chance to stay in the Crowe’s Nest. It is a 1,200 square foot room atop the Augusta National Golf Club’s clubhouse, and this year Adidas is celebrating it with the release of the limited edition Crossknit DPR Low Am golf shoes.
Built on an Ultraboost running shoe midsole for extra cushioning and comfort, the water-resistant Crossknit DPR Low Am also features a textile upper that wraps around the golfer’s foot to add stability during the swing. The spikeless sole is covered by rows of soft traction elements that should keep golfers firmly on the ground.

Other details inspired by Augusta National include the color scheme – green, white and gray – and a rectangular tab added to the tongue. With six small squares cut into it, the tab is designed to look like the window panes around the clubhouse. The words “Low Am” are also on the back of the tongue and designed in the footbed. The left shoe’s sole has “Low” written in white under the traction elements, while “Am” is written on the bottom of the right shoe.
The Adidas Crossknit DPR Low Am golf shoes will be available starting Nov. 9 for $170.
