USGA’s Mike Davis: Through the Years

Since the 1990s, Mike Davis has been an icon in the world of golf. He has worked tirelessly at the United States Golf Association to mold and grow the sport at every level, from everyday amateur competitions to major championships and the rules that underpin them all.

Davis served as USGA executive director since March 2011 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Davis is also a board member of the International Golf Federation, the World Golf Foundation and the World Golf Hall of Fame.

Davis announced Tuesday that he will retire from his role as USGA CEO, effective at the end of 2021.
