DJ wins the FedEx Cup
Dustin Johnson is a FedEx Cup winner. After carding a final round 68 on Monday, Johnson won the Tour Championship at 21 under 269 at East Lake Golf Club. Johnson finished three shots ahead of Xander Schauffele and Justin Thomas. The Tour begins its 2020-21 season this week at the Safeway Open at Silverado Resort and Spa North in Napa, California.
Rory McIlroy is a new dad
Rory McIlroy and wife, Erica, welcomed their first child, Poppy Kennedy McIlroy, last week. McIlroy still played in the Tour Championship five days after Poppy’s birth and said her arrival might be just what he needs to get back on track.
